Welcome to our Patient Portal, providing you with convenient, secure access to our office from the comfort and privacy of your home.

The Portal is for non-urgent care only. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Through the Portal, you’ll be able to:

• Communicate with our practice, securely and efficiently.
• Review your statements.
• View date and time of upcoming appointments.
• Request a prescription refill from a pre-populated list of currently refillable prescriptions or by specific request.
• Manage your personal information.

Your e-mail address will be required for Portal access, but rest assured it will be held in a secure, safe environment and will only be used for matters pertaining to your medical care.

All you need to get started is a log-on and pass code. To request this, simply click the link and you should receive a response within 24 hours.
